TEA Building: Shoreditch

Where: Shoreditch

What: Large-scale lettering set atop a 1930s Lipton’s tea warehouse. The building was variously used for storing tea, smoking bacon and warehousing other goods. It was converted into a multi-use set up in the 2000s, refurbished, repurposed and given new signage, way finding and branding which makes use of the same typography as the word ‘TEA’.
